Position Title: Operations Systems Administrator
Location: Commissionaires – HQ
Reports to: Client Service Manager
Hours of Work: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Mon. – Fri. (excluding statutory holidays)
Status: Full-time
Salary: $55,000 – $58,000 annually, plus benefits and RRSP
The Operations Systems Administrator plays a valuable role in supporting the operations and finance teams. If you have a passion for customer service, are well organized, eager to learn and comfortable with systems, this role is for you!
RESPONSIBILITIES AND JOB DUTIES
Scheduling & Dispatch
- Support Client Service Managers in scheduling services, including security guards and mobile security drivers.
Training & Support
- Once proficient in CVIY systems, provide training and support to other users to ensure effective use.
Software Monitoring & Management
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and software configurations within Ops/Finance systems to support optimal performance.
- Systems include scheduling platforms (e.g., TrackTik).
Client Contract Administration
- Ensure accurate and timely oversight and reporting of client information.
- Manage system inputs, renewals, and onboarding of new clients.
Employee Administration
- Ensure accurate and timely oversight and reporting of HR information.
- Provide necessary system inputs.
Analytical Support
- Identify trends and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the overall effectiveness of security operations.
Client Reports & Relations
- Track, prepare, and report key client information, including incident reporting.
- Provide clients with security information to support their business operations, which may include client site visits.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

- Excellent communicator
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Valid BC Security license (note: if not, we will support attaining one)
- Detail oriented
- A proactive problem-solver
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Comfort with systems (note: Traktik experience is an asset)
